Learn All About Your Antique and Collectible Treasures!
Back by popular demand, drop-in appraisals will be held on both Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5pm on a first-come-first-served basis. Please limit items to those small enough to carry, with a maximum of three items per person allowed. The cost of each verbal appraisal is $7 per item or 3 items for $20 (cash only please). We cannot accept responsibility for the safety of your items, so please take care to wrap fragile pieces well.
The appraisals will be conducted by Gale Pirie, an independent, accredited member of the Canadian Personal Property Appraisers Group with many years of experience in valuing antiques and collectibles for insurance and finance purposes, family division, estates, downsizing and inventories. She recently returned from a busy tour of western cities as an appraiser with the CBC's Canadian Antiques Roadshow, and is bringing her knowledge and expertise to the Kerrisdale Antiques Fair for the third year in a row! For more information on Gale's work, read these features in the Burnaby Now, New Westminster Record, Maple Ridge & Pitt Meadows Times, SNAP Sea to Sky and Lloydminster Meridian Booster.
